Chicken with tomatoes and olives

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg chicken files
  • 1 tbls butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 spice measure black pepper¬†
  • 1 dl cut sundried tomatoes
  • 1 dl black olives
  • 1 dl chopped basil.

Dressing:

  • 6 tbls oil
  • 2 tbls balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove pressed garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 spice measure black pepper

METHOD

  • Brown the chicken, salt and pepper, put on an oven form.
  • Cook in the oven 175 degrees C 15-20 minutes (check in the thickest piece with a cut that it is not pink).
  • Cut into slices and let cool.
  • Mix the dressing.
  • Add everything to the chicken.
  • It’s good to do this a couple of hours before eating so that the chicken has time to marinade, or even the day before if you want a sabbath day!
